Been vaping off and on for about a year. Started vaping "full-time" and quit cigarettes about 2 months ago. I've always had an issue with with my liquid leaking. Especially if its on its side like in my front pocket while I'm sitting or even angled like in a cup holder in my car. I learned to deal with it by keeping it precariously standing on its end most of the time, but I still get liquid on the battery, in the mouthpiece, etc. from time to time. I thought this was just the way it was for vaping but have seen people keep theirs in their front pockets all the time and not have issues.

I have a Kanger Mini Protank II and EVOD battery with 1.8 Ohm coils and 50/50 mix. I always make sure my connections are tight, o-rings are (seem) good.

Is this normal? I'd love to be able to just leave it in my pocket while I'm sitting in a chair and not worry about it. Is there something else I should try?

Thanks for your help

Today I went in to buy my Coil/Wick (in Ireland they call them wicks I have seen people refer to them as coils here ) any way I decided to pop in the wick in the shop and the guy was looking at me as I was mad because I turned the the rubber ring around the actual wicks up side down, I realy hope this makes sense but I find that that stops my kanger leaks.

Might just be that you're drawing too hard. That can pull excess juice onto the coil/wick area that isn't vaporized. Some can be sucked up the mouthpiece, and from there or from the "pool" on the coil, will leak down through the air intake, onto the battery.

Or maybe you're putting it together too tightly. That can compress the insulator at the bottom of the coil and force things too far up inside, potentially causing leaks. Snug is all it needs to be.

And one last thing crosses my mind. Many of the bottom coil toppers do have a tendency to weep a little when they get below about 1/3 full. So refilling when they get there may also help.
