Should I run higher Than 3.7 Using a 1.5 Dual Coil Carto because its Dual coi

O.K I'm starting to dislike the Vapor production From my Flanged Boge Dual coil 1.5 Cartos 2 holes for my Smoktech Dct Mini tank,Am I running the volts too low or something I'm going around 3.7-4.0 and Keep in mind I'm used to Big vapor production From my Vivi Nova's.So I'm expecting the same results here.The Carto has got a very airy draw as well.Do Dual coils need more volts or something??

That's a good question I'll keep an eye out for the answer. I also would expect more vapor from my DC 1.5 smoktech carto.

With 1.5 ohms dcc u can crank that sucker up to 5 m volts if u want. It really comes alive with peppermint!

I'm not much for carto's in general, but when I do use a tank I run my 1.5 ohm dcc's at around 4.5 to 5 volts.

I'd imagine that they suggest higher rez stuff with the spinner because that thing can't really put out very much power. Using low rez stuff basically makes the spinner a non-vv device, as regardless of the setting odds are you going to hit the amp limit at around normal ego voltage. With higher rez stuff you have more playing room to adjust voltage up and down.


Anyway, to answer the OP, DC cartos can handle more power than you would normally push into a single coil carto of the same resistance.
