I know this has probably been answered. However, I read on some other posts that other people set aside 1 atomizer strictly for tobacco flavor. That way the tobacco doesn't mix with other flavors like menthol or fruit. Is this generally a good idea?

I think it's more important to have separate carts for tobacco and menthol. You can pretty much vape any flavor from the atty, but not the carts. But I clean my attys twice a week and haven't had lingering flavors.

I never really had a problem with switching flavors unless it was menthol or a strong Lorann's like Engilsh Toffee

Ah! I noticed that in my first botched batch of something... ;-) Lorann's 'lemonade' is also a flavor killer.
