help with flavors?

Hi and welcome ! I was a 40+ year menthol smoker. The menthol that came with my starter kit was kind of spearminty. Decided I really liked the flavor better than my cigs. However, on my first juice order, even tho I did order spearmint, I also ordered desert flavors and that was it from there on !!! When I want a tingle I use teaberry. My favorite is french toast !!

So far I am still on the halo Ice menthol. I am waiting on the samples from the co-op to see if anything interesting comes from that group. Thin mint is one I want to try, and tea berry might be interesting. I am looking forward to tastebuds coming back, and the cough of 39 years of smoking going away. thanks for the ideas, keep them coming.

I just got a sample from Flavorshack in my order of diy/flavors. It was pineapple upside down cake! I and added it to some menthol nic, wow what a treat I didn't expect. I also got some blackberry and added that to menthol too! Hope this helps, also I found the PIF on the boards here, maybe you could find something here to!

Newbie here. I am a menthol smoker, so i ordered menthol and tobacco. Could not do the straight tobacco, ick. Menthol was OK, but I would like some ideas from other ex-menthol folks. What are the various coffee flavors like? Or the vanilla? caramel? I know that menthol is an addiction just on it's own. if you order just flavors, where do you get the nicotine? Chinese vs. US? I have been reading and reading, so my head is spinning.

I recently tried two menthols from VaporBomb. The Max Menthol had a perfume-y aftertaste that just turned me off right away - can't stand it. The Shade Menthol really did not have much of a flavor at all (just a very slight hint of menthol, otherwise it was like bumming a regular light when I smoked full-flavored menthols). I may try to add a touch of menthol crystals to this to see if I can bring this up to a taste I like.

The menthol from TastyVapor is not too bad...although I find that I have to use it with a manual battery (I use a 510) instead of the auto batteries as the taste and vapor is much better when you can heat up the atty for 3-4 seconds before taking a vape.

What I have found that I like is the Cherry from Rocky Mountain Vapor (which does not have that medicine taste some other cherry liquids have). I mixed some of that with their cola flavor and kind of dig the "cherry-coke" taste.

I also took 5 ml of their cherry liquid and added a tiny bit of menthol crystals and really liked the result. The crystals gave the overall flavor a slight kick and a little extra TH. That is my current fave right now.

I just tried a peppermint flavor from Vapors Etc and it reminded me of my mom's menthols that I used to pinch as a kid. It was super light and just had that menthol flavor. Maybe you could build a sampler pack over at Vapors Etc and try that?

Personally, I LOVE their vanilla tobacco flavor. It's incredibly smooth and reminds, to a degree, of really good-smelling pipe smoke.

I am going to be ordering some vanilla, but maybe I should try vanilla tobacco. (I really like that sweet pipe smoke smell..)I will check out vapors etc. thanks for the tip
