Shout out to Rick from Vapor Alley.

I am not sure if this is in the correct area but I think I'm forced to post here for now. I want to share a story about Rick from Vapor Alley. When I came back to vaping for good, I went through 4 or 5 websites looking at deals and who liked what the most. So I had three sites in mind to order from and so I set up accounts on those and started orders on all three. (I wont name drop except for vapor alley) I started my orders on Saturday with the intentions on completing my orders on Monday, well a few hours later to my suprise Rick had went out of his way to personally email me to see of I needed any help with my order. That completely blew me away. The other 2 sites never contacted me and that stood out to me. Thanks to that little extra effort from Rick my order on his site went from 20$ to getting everything I had in mind from him which ended up being somewhere around 100$. Yea, Rick is great. He is local to me and I've actually picked some items that I ordered from his site from him.

I ordered alot of items from Rick when just starting vaping and received top notch customer service each and every time. Never to be disappointed. He always went that extra mile to ensure that I was happy with my order and even went as far as making suggestions. Since my last order I noticed he just starting offering alot of products he didn't carry before. Such as the Vision Spinner VV 1300mAh, charging station/holder, new mods and juices etc. When I picked some items up from him he asked what I was vaping on and I showed him my vivi nova tank I got from him and a spinner vv which he didn't carry at the time. Wonder if he started carrying the Spinners after seeing mine, lol. His prices are pretty comparable to other sites, some a little higher than others and vice versa, but I'm willing to pay a little more for the great customer service.
