I know this is not the DIY forum, but dude, I watched your vid on unflavored mixing..... You changed my vaping world. Your explanation made perfect sense for a guy like me that really sucks at math. I mixed up a batch and it's fantastic!! I just got my 3rd reo and cuz of u I can see another member joining the family soon. All that money saved= more reos, thanks buddy, vape on!!!

Weird he hasn't seen this thread yet with his name being the title an all.. he must be busy making more videos in the studio! SxD is the man and even though he doesnt know me, i know of him. {Creep} before i joined the forum i lurked for over a year straight, and always followed SuperX's threads.

My love- Kawa green Reo grand LP w/ TRA Super light door, with TOBH and chuff top!

I don't know him either, but he seems like a solid guy. His videos are clear and not condescending . Seems to me like he just wants people to have a great vaping experience, hats off to people like him who can sit in front of a camera and help other people

Thank you :). I apologize but I just saw this thread :). I've been busy this weekend shuffling firewood to the racks by my house, rearranging my video studio / vape cave, entertaining inlaws (my wife's mom and dad are awesome people) and basketball practice :)

I've also been buying stuff:

New 3 piece studio light set (these should really kick my vids up to the next level)

New espresso machine and grinder (this should really make my hands shake more in said videos). Also been watching vids on how to home roast espresso beans. Prolly gonna take that up :)

Yes I am seriously stalking UPS.

But damn, thanks to the OP and all ya'll posting this praise of your fellow REOnaut who enjoys this video hobby and likes to share what he learns :)

In reality, were it not for comments and feedback like this from ya'll, I prolly would have stopped shooting vids after vid 1. It's because of you and my new fascination with video recording and production that I like to rock these vids :)

Once I get all set up, perhaps as early as Friday, I will likely start to remake a lot of older vids. Also because methods have improved.

I also have a few new REO / RBA related vid ideas so, as time allows I will make them.

Thank you again. You OP and the others posting have made my day :)

You rock :)

Oh, and here's a vid I shot on Friday. The longest I've ever shot. I didn't post it to a thread because it didn't turn out to give the conclusions I was aiming for but it did teach me that you can get bad spots on rolls of Kanthal.

It also taught me that the rod in the artistic wire coil gizmo is slightly larger than 1/16".

Your videos have added so much to REOville, we all owe you a big THANKS!

Been, thinking lately, sure would be nice if *someone* made a video explaining about batteries. Storage, charging, handling basics, along with general discussion of what batteries to buy. I know it's different depending on your coil builds, but maybe a step through for people running 1-1.8 ohms, covering C rating, Amp rating, "pulse" vs "continous" rating, a couple of (AW IMR 18650) examples, and a shout out to ohm's law in closing. Just a thought next time you run low on ideas :)

Russ is the kind of dude you wish you lived next door to.

I can't get enough Winston.

Jif, you sound like the same kind of dude. I'm actually prolly a really boring individual anymore. My hobbies and interests are much more sedate than they were say, 19 years ago :)

Thank you homie :)

I don't know whether I would have given it up but I know that I would have floundered with it and the RM2. It would have simply gone into a rotation with several other semi-satisfactory APV's rather than use as my my nearly exclusive APV. I add my thanks to all of the others. I think Rob is fortunate first to have the intelligence to design such a fine product and second to have SXD as a teacher and advocate.

Thank you :). I don't blush but If I did I would :) Rob is very kind to me. But if even if he wasnt, I'd still make vids about his mods and the stuff we use on em cause they kick AYuss.

Much of what I learned I learned from Rob and here in REOvil. I am just fortunate to have the time and the love to video it :)

I can't wait for my new lights. Thursday can't come soon enough :)

Thank you again :)

TY super x! Like many others, your videos have always been a big help to me. When I got my first REO, I was a bit intimidated since it was my mechanical. Your videos helped me to ease right into what quickly became an obsession with my new hobby ;)
