I've been checking those out too. I was a little concerned it might have a metallic or tin taste but then figured that is just the outer piece so the juice wouldn't touch it.
...

Anodized aluminum is non-reactive while the Vivi Nova polycarbonate tanks are reactive with some juices. However, if anodized aluminum gets scratched all bets are off as the aluminum underneath the anodization is reactive with darned near anything.

I have one. It's just an anodized sleeve over the normal polycarbonate tank—not useful for plastic-unfriendly juices. I may be overlooking the obvious but I'm not quite sure what the point is unless it is to hold the polycarbonate together longer when juice starts cracking it. The threading is in the plastic part so my hopes of covering the window with glass instead of plastic is a no-go.

I was wondering about these. I've seen a few vendors stocking them. I think the main thing was just that you can see how much juice is left.

I think the point is largely decorative. Might protect the poly from drops and hard knocks as well.

This is what I have so far It's kinda hard to see but it's the paisley mini from Vapor Girl and some fireflies and tanks with purple, silver and red drip tips

These are the three that i rotate...Ego batteries, mini vivi nova, carto tank and a "stardust" with my favorite Mount Baker Vapor e-juice. I have a red ego mod coming my way, can't wait

I am sorry to see RavenGirl banned. As far as I can remember she never solicited sales on the forum, the closest she came was to say she would have more ready soon and she described how they were made. Other members listed places her tips could be bought...she didn't. Fortunately I have her saved as a seller on bay and her Etsy site bookmarked.

I understand the forum's position but I just don't recall her soliciting, I know others solicited for her...lol. But I think everyone on this forum has solicited for one website or another they like. I know I have recommended quite a few to folks that I like and have bought from.

At any rate I am sad to see her or anyone else get banned that isn't a troll or problem maker.
