After several trips to area craft stores, and my first "real" drip tip, I created this:

And my third, most ambitious attempt. I need to do it again with a fresh tank, since this one has been the victim of my failed experiments, but I love the way the design turned out. This one also has my first Lewis Gentry tip.

Luckily I have not bought a ton of equipment yet. I suppose my preference would be an RBA, or a clearo tank such as the Vivis or V-Core. I have one of each, plus a carto tank I don't get along with. That's more to do with the carto than the tank.

The preference comes from performance. Oddly enough I can coil a wick easier than I ever did filling, priming, or installing a carto in a tank. The clearos are alright, lazy backups that I love.

See, you're already getting great suggestions & approvals! I agree with what everyone else said, but even those disposable clearos can be inexpensively blinged. See what I did today, with just a couple coats of nail polish & an existing, reusable charm:

zero7starz - If you change the red stars to purple ones on the pattern you like it would go with both your purple tank as well as your pink Teena tip.

Someone upthread asked about glass paint so I painted the glass for my AMP Tank with some Pebeo Vitrea 160 glass paints, gave it two gloss top coats and baked per instructions. The paint seems to be holding up. I'm not overly thrilled with the o-rings showing through the paint but all the Vitrea 160 paints are translucent.

You know I love those designs, so pretty!

I actually thing the translucence - you can tell when your juice is low. I agree, you could paint lines over the o-rings if they bother you, but other embelishments glued over the lines would work as well.

Colored o-rings? I have different colored ones that I use.

Stormy, Really nice looking, how did you do the Jesters hat? I love the drip tip also.

Whenever I find metal in about the size of my tanks, which are 19mm, I bend it to shape (and that don't ring my fun bell!) then sauder (not sure I spelled that right..lol) it tight around tank

Lol.. I can do it...just can't spell. That one was a piece that was glued on the bottom of a picture frame. It had family glued on top of it, so I took off and cleaned it up.
