Before anyone jumps me about contacting COV directly, I have sent them an email about this, but I
never received a response to an email on a previous question, so I am posting the problem here as well.

I have a serious problem with the Siam SS caps and the glass tubes.

Previously I ordered the std cobalt glass tube and the xl clear glass tube to see if some caps I had would fit.
They didn't, so I bought one set of these ss caps. They are way too tight on the carto while being way too loose
in the tube. Seriously, I think if I held the cap and jiggled the tube a little it would fall off just from the weight of
the tube alone. This combination made it difficult to assemble and fill the unit. If I didn't use equal pressure on
both caps while trying to slide down the carto, the tube and caps would try to separate. tanks are usually a little
"slidey" after filling and stick a little tighter after setting for a while. These caps where so tight to begin with, that
now I can't get them off to refill the tank. I think I am going to have to resort to a hammer just to get the carto
back out.

I think there used to be a set of tighter o-rings offered for these caps at one time because people complained the caps
where too loose on the carto. My problem is, I need looser inner o-rings and tighter outer o-rings. Has anyone else
had this problem? Was it resolved? I looked through the first couple pages of posts in here, but most of them are
about the GG.

Take your hair dryer and heat up the glass a little bit, the caps will come off like butter sliding down a frying pan. Home Depot sells Danco O-Rings, take the tank and caps with you and just buy more o-rings. This should solve your issue I think, Also one of those round rubber pieces that you use to open a tight jar lid works great for removing tight caps :)

Ok,

So I just got your ticket this morning, it was submitted late last night (midnight-ish), I was in bed, that is why you did not receive a response.

Sending in tickets is how to get help with an issue, after searching through all of our email accounts, I found your problem as an added note to an automated product info request email, that was sent to sales@cloudsofvapor.com also arrived at 12:30am. This is not a Customer Support email address, which is why you had not received a reply to your email.

If you submit a ticket (which you did), it would be appreciated if you give me a day at least before you post about the issue, I would have liked to resolve this for you without having to get the community involved.

Also, DO NOT TAKE A HAMMER TO ANYTHING! Dude, thats a glass tank you are talking about...

I will send you out the o-rings.

This would have been resolved in the normal course of today. So relax a bit guy, this is easily solved.

**Edit**

The O-rings have been sent to you

I appreciate the quick response. As I had stated in the original post, I never got a response to a question from a while
back ( had sent the question twice after no response first time ), it was just a question about one of your products
so I let it go.

This time I kinda took a shotgun approach to it, because I really need a response.

Again, thanks for the quick response.
