SID Issue?? Doesnt always start up when goes on standby unless,,,

I figured I would ask here before I went and contacted the vendor about a faulty item.

Battery reading 3.8-3.6v

Battery Type: Efest 2000 IMR18650 3.7 LI-MN High Drain rechargable Battery V2

Question:


So I got my SID monday and it works like a dream. BUT... I have noticed a couple times that when it will go on standby it will not boot up unless I untwist and retwist the battery cap. And then it will show smok on the screen and then work fine.

Is this a battery issue or is this an issue with the SID or do I have nothing to worry bout??

Anyone have any ideas what may be causing this?? I really hope it's not faulty but I know faulty happens.
