How do y'all know for certain it will have a charging port? I read somewhere that a rep said they will not have a charge port. Originally they were going to but later removed it for safety concerns or something like that
Hmm, have to pick up some extra batteries now. But was going to anyway, just waiting until my pre-order comes in. With no charging port, though, have to pick up 4 instead of the 2 I originally planned for.
When did you ask eciggity? Either before the change was made or eciggity doesn't know the facts. Or maybe somehow they worked out the issues and are now using a charge port but I doubt it. We should find out soon as I think some are going to be shipped this week.
Vapercompany updated yesterday saying that they'll have ten units on hand this week to go to the first ten orders and the rest of their shipment should be sent to them from factory sometime next week.

Today. I hope they know for sure. I've stared at the pics and still can't figure out where the port is. I don't even see it under the battery cover. I'll let you know when they reply.
Edit: Eciggity just got back to me. There will be no charge port after all. Changing my order to the ipv3.
Oh, a fellow Floridian. I see your in Ocala. Maybe an hour and a half away from me. I'm originally from Tampa but now I live in Hudson about four minutes away from the beach.
I've both the sigelei and ipv3 on preorder. In my opinion some advantages of the sigelei is the price, option to use magnets alone or with screws for battery door, the max voltage output is higher I think and maybe available sooner.

I do think the sigelei looks like it's put together a bit better than the IPV3. It has those nice copper contacts opposed to the springs in the ipv3. I'm sure installing magnets on the ipv will be simple enough though.
I won't be sure which one I like the looks of better till I've both in my hands. I'm not a fan of the shiny polished edge the ipv3 is going to have and not a fan of the big "100w" sign on the sigelei either. I will probably like the sigelei big fire button and magnets on door better. Also the sigelei might have max voltage output of 8.5 oppose to the 7v max on ipv3 but the ipv3 can regulate down to 1v although I won't need it to. The ipv3 has the charge port and can upgrade the chip through that port also which seems better than the sigelei with no upgrade possible I think. And the ipv3 is going to be somewhat waterproof like the ipv2s so I'll leave the screws in battery door alone.
