First things first...
Know and understand ohms law and how it relates to vaping.
Know and understand battery safety. Your purple efest is only a 20a battery by the way.
Get yourself a digital multimeter to test the resistance of your builds and for shorts.

According to my cheat sheet, .2 coils can push 80w and still be at the 20a continuous rating for the 35a efest. I plan on using..4 build which is easily handled. Please correct me if I'm wrong as im new to this and trying to get a good handle on it.

That purple efest IS NOT a 35 amp battery it's a 20 amp battery so with a .2 ohm build you're at 21 amps, 88.2 watts. .2 ohms is exceeding the max output. The lowest you should build using that battery is .28 ohm, that's 15 amps, 63 watts. That leaves you 25% headroom for errors.

The power in this regulated mod is not affected by coil resistance because the mod adjusts the watts to be whatever you set. So if you set 50 watts it will make 50 watts with a 0.2 ohm coil or with a 1.5 ohm coil and the battery amp draw will be very similar in either case. The 100 watt Sigelei needs 20 amp continuous batteries or greater. Let's not forget, it takes 2 batteries.

The Efest so called 35 amp (re-wrapped Samsung 25R I believe) are fine as are Samsung branded 25R, LG HE2, and I believe AW now has a 18650 rated at 20 amps. Of course all the Sony VTC's are good at 30 amps. There are no real VTC5's available right now that I know of.

not all purple efest are what you say the are Equil

the 2100 mah batteries are actually rewrapped VTC4s (30A)

the 2500 mah are rewrapped LGs (20A)

OP didn't specify which purple efest he has. I'm just saying be safe.

Even if it is the vtc4 re-wrap you shouldn't build below .18 ohms, that's 22.5 amps and 94.5 watts. Still giving you that same 25% headroom.

Yeah I dont want to go below 0.6 ohms so my batteries should be fine for it. I am not a cloud chaser I just want better flavor and low ohms is the only way to achieve it.

If the math you all showed above is correct and I believe it is then my batteries can handle a 0.6 ohm build easily. And building a 0.6 really doesnt look that tough with a ohm reader.

I'm well aware that volts is the limiter on this box. It's perfect for me. I use a 1.8ohm protank at 13w with 12mg liquid. Any hotter and it burns. But I can pop a dual coil .4 on a drip rda at home and this box easily handles it. Very multi purpose. Every review I have watched has pointed out the volt limitations. It's just not a downside for me.... Yet :). (I have 0mg juice for the .4 build. I'll post how it goes when my ohm meter arrives.

the lg's and E.Purple's are more than adequate to power the Sigelei to 100 watts.

Basically, any rda will work well on the Sigelei 100, but to get 100 watts, need to build at 0.70 ohms or lower. 8.5 volts or ~15 amps, whichever comes first. plus with multi coil and low ohm builds, one will experience a significant voltage drop.

Recommend starting with a single coil set up, such as the Flash-e-Vapor V2, learn to build and wick, then go from there. getting to the ultimate vape takes time, patience and practice, practice, practice, purrfection. !!!:D

So If I buy say the Tugboat RDA.

And I build a coil to 0.6 ohms my box mod will power it no problem?

But how do I figure out the MAX watts to use on my coil. I can't seem to find any EASY to understand info.

I understand building the coil and checking the OHM reader its pretty basic but this whole other part is beyond me so i need your help!
