So my button has been sticking for a few seconds here and there. The other day it stuck so bad that my wick burned dry and caught on fire before I could twist the rda off to make it stop fighting. In a Youtube video for a 150w+ I saw that there is a ring holding the button assembly in so I opened mine, but saw no ring and nothing adjustable. I played with the board a little bit and if I pushed it forward the button would stick. The button was working great with the battery holder taken apart, but when I assembled it again the button started sticking a couple minutes later. I think it's because the thick gauge wires that are run from the battery terminals is putting too much pressure against the board and causing the button to stick. It happened suddenly after 4 months of having this box mod.
I've ordered an ipv4 as a replacement and it should be here later this week, but the sigelei is my only ecig and I'd like to use it without burning the house down until then and have it as a backup. Any idea how to fix this?

I had the sticking button problem on my Sigelei 100w Plus once. I noticed that the button seemed to be protruding a little bit more than it had been. I used my thumb to press very lightly on the button while turning it to the right. As I kept doing that, it seemed to screw the button back in. It appears that the button is screwed into the opening and can come unscrewed a little with use over time. The button is then a little offset, causing it to stick. It stopped sticking and I've never had it happen again, but periodically I give it a few twists just for good measure. HTH
