Oooops! Lol i thought for sure i saw it online somewhere and it said there were prefabs for it. My bad!
You're thinking of the Melo!

The Subtanks can be run a bit higher than 30 watt max. Just not reccomended .5 ohm coil is rated up to 30 watts but it also comes with the rebuildable deck so you can make a hotter build. I just ordered the Sigelei 75 watt with TC. I doubt I will ever need more wattage than that. Several people have bought the higher wattage devices only to find they rarely like going higher than 35-50 watts. I love my Subtank Mini and will probably pick up another.I'm a rebuildabe guy, so can't offer an informed opinopn, but I have tried the arctic tank and the Kanger subtanks and have to say the arctic blows Kanger away at first use. Kanger lists he subtank at 30W max. The arctic is listed at up to 100W as is the Starre. But there is a new Starre coming soon you may want to look into as well.
I love my Snow Wolf although it is heavy. It's great for using around the house or bringing it with me in the car. Another new favorite is the Sigelei 75TC and that works great if you are on the move and want something lighter. Aside from the quirk/feature of the YiHi chip of having to manually set the resistance whenever you switch coils, it functions exactly like the Snow Wolf. Being smaller and lighter, it is basically like carrying a baby Snow Wolf. It only goes up to 75 watts in kanthal mode as opposed to 200 watts, but in nickel mode it goes up to the same 75 watts of the Snow Wolf.Heavy she is. She's a desktop thing, I don't carry her around. I am a mech modder from way back-- back when regulated mods could only make 15 watts and I needed more power-- and this is my first high power box mod. I picked the SW due partly to the build quality you noticed; and partly due to the impressive reviews here on the board of the TC implementation; and partly because I do not have another hi-power box or TC machine; and partly because I figured getting all that in one package would let me experiment and see where I wanted to go. I have now discovered 200 watts is *far* more than I need, and that TC is no flash in the pan but rather the coming thing. This time next year you'll start seeing Ni200 coils for legacy tanks, mark my words. Having said all that, I will probably buy a Evolv DNA 40 TC board and build one in the near future. That one could be a one battery mod, and would be small and light enough to carry around.
I just bought a SX Mini M used off the classies; I will shortly know about the Yihi chip. I had hoped to get something small enough to lug around with TC mode available (I still want a Hanamodz V4, too) and the upgrade to Ti wire is also available on the SX. We shall see. But that SW, now... that thing's a mod and a half. Hard hitting, sweet looking, easy to use.I love my Snow Wolf although it is heavy. The latest upgrade also bumps up the maximum wattage to 120 watts and the maximum joules to 75 joules. The SX350J chip in the SX Mini adds a bunch of other features that isn't available in SX330 chip that exists in the other YiHi mods like the Sigelei and the IPV's.I just bought a SX Mini M used off the classies; I will shortly know about the Yihi chip. I understood you needed the "extension tube" to let you hang another battery on the SX to get up to 120 watts, albeit I may be wrong therein. I'm not sure if I will bother, actually. It kind of destroys the small form factor, this being one of the big attractions to me for the Mini, and I find I don't need anything over 40 watts with Ni wire anyway, unless I'm trying to build a 14ga Left Handed Super Duper Twisted Clapton or something. But the Ti wire may react differently when I get my roundtuit all polished up. I don't know yet.The latest upgrade also bumps up the maximum wattage to 120 watts and the maximum joules to 75 joules. I've heard of herakles but I've just not really come across one. Lemos is a new one for me. I'll give them a look. Thanks!
Herakles- decent tank, I can't find a reliable coil yet, maybe I bought a 5 pack of duds, frustrated with this one.
Yes it does. Without the extension, the max wattage is now 75 watts instead of 60 watts. I have no idea what happens to the bypass mode, which is supposed to work like a mech. On the original firmware, bypass mode allows the SX Mini to output 80 watts rather than 60 watts.I understood you needed the "extension tube" to let you hang another battery on the SX to get up to 120 watts, albeit I may be wrong therein.
