sigelei 30w on ebay for cheap (around 70)... authentic? worth it?

Hi mightymen, question about the step-down... can you explain what that means? It does not operate well in low power levels?

I went ahead and bought this. Probably end up returning my tesla, I can use spinners as backups.

Instead of using a dime, I read that you can use a telescopic tube from a kamry or even a sigelei Legend for this. Think I will end up doing that for my flat-tops
