Sigelei 50w box mod ohm problem

I'm still new, have to post this here. I just got a silver sigelei 50w and it seemed to work OK with only minor ohm fluctuations the first day. Now it's going crazy.its not fun to get one hit set for 1.5ohms and then the next set for 6.5. I wonder if its a coincidence that it was okay till I put the freaking aspire nautilus w/bvc coils on it. I hate that thing. I've noticed other people mention theirs acted up after using the Nautilus but no one has deduced that that was the cause, just said it acted up with both rda's and clearos. It could just be a coincidence heightened by my dislike for that tank lol just wondering if others are having a problem and how true is it that the black ones are less prone to it than the silver. I'm contacting the fleabay vendor, not sure if he'll exchange it for black or if I should even try to do so

I axtually run that same setup, the ohm fluctuates after each hit, but when the fire button is pressed, the ohm stays constant. And every coil I've used I've never had back to back coils register the same ohms.

Make sure the 510 connection is solid. That's not a fluctuation you described....that's a jump. If the 510 on the 50w is the same as the 100w, then adjust the little copper pin up just a hair. If that connection isn't rock solid, those sigeleis go nuts.

Just noticed that Sigelei already put up a v2 of the 50W box on their website. (can't post links..)
Below the specs it says:

510 WITH SPRING FOR THE POSITIVE PIN. NO OHM JUMPING ISSUE

I'd say it's a faulty box and you should return it.

Most reviewers have stated they had this issue and is why I am going with the 100W box. I may never run 100 watts, but it also is driven by 2 18650 batteries. So just the extended time between charges and slight price difference sold me. Sorry that does not help with your problem, if the dealer won't take it back (flea bay dealers seldom do) you may just have to chalk this up to experience.

I contacted Sigelei company in China through live chat with one of their customer care and they said to repair problems with the 50 watt box mod is to get to your shop where you got them and ask for warranty?? as we have no official store here and I am willingly sending it to china to be repaired, they again mentioned that the shop/merchant should be responsible with anything to do with users problem.

This is not helping, firstly I got them from friend who does self import, so it's not a store although certificate and items is genuine.

So I have limitation with my device now, the screen goes blank, I have to be very careful when the ohms jumps and yeah, I don't have any information on the wattage or battery remaining.

An alternative would be finding electronic repair place for mobile phone experienced with circuits and LCD.

Have you tried contacting Sigelei people? they have live chat or email (but never reply) I talk to a person named Jessie, but they gave me no solution. I wanted to return it to China on my cost and I offered twice the charges I would handle for sending it back to me when it's ready. Again they said, contact the supplier/store/merchant where you got them.

Contact asMODus. Google them. I just sent my mod in for that exact problem on wednesday. It'd getting shipped back to me (it's a brand new mod, and they upgraded me to the 100 watt mod because they are out of stock of the 5o until February)
