Good morning all !
First review, be gentle
I recently purchased a sigelei 50W Box Mod after my MVP2 hit its limit with it's battery life slowly declining, but it has served me faithfully for nearly 10 months now. After reading a lot of reviews, I decided I still liked the feel of Box mods and as such took the dive with the sigelei - mainly due to the fact that It has a replaceable battery.
I have used a Sigelei RDA in some of the pictures which was a recent purchase as well.
Also shown in the review I purchased a silicon cover to protect it. I tend to break things working in the public sector !
I purchased this unit as a member of the public and paid full RRP. I have no connection with the seller of manufacturer.
Who is this product for ?
==================
This is always a subjective topic. Some people purchase APV's for the sake of it, some collect, some buy just one or two. If I had to categorize the main end user market of this product though, I would hazard a guess for for a sub-ohm builder, cloud creators, or someone after an insane amount of battery life if used at a lower wattage.

Initial thoughts

The Mod itself feels very light in the hand without a battery inside. When a battery is placed inside, it has a reassuring heft to it, without being too heavy. You'll notice if it falls out a pocket, but it shouldn't hinder you.
The build quality seems excellent. No rattling buttons yet ! The corners may be a touch sharp for some peoples taste. - For me it is not an issue, and with the silicone cover they do not become a problem.
The main reason I purchased it - Replaceable battery ! This mod takes flat-top 18650 size batteries. I use Sony 2100MAH. - I find it easily lasts me a whole day on even a half depleted charge.
The mod is slightly shorter, but fatter than my old MVP2 - Here is is both flat and side on.
So far, so good !
Features
=======
Battery compartment - This is a tight fit ! On the plus side you know your battery is not going to rattle, however getting it back out is a touch tricky. The compartment is secured in place at the top by an o-ring screw, and the bottom by a small magnet.
The unit has a flush mounting/recessed 510 connector. If you have a tank with bottom feed airflow this may be a bit tricky to do without leaving a gap - unless the tank/carto you use has built in air flow control. One bonus is the adjustable copper center pin so it can be raised and lowered with a flat-head screwdriver.
The on/off switch is a thumb operated button with a power logo. It has enough resistance to avoid being activated in your pocket, but not too much to be a hindrance. This requires 5 presses to switch the unit on, and off again.
Lock & Unlock feature - This is activated/deactivated by holding down both adjustment buttons at the same time. This will lock the device completely to prevent any pocket toasting.If you try to use it, the screen will show "Please unlock". To unlock the procedure it to hold down the same two buttons again.
Wattage adjust rocker - This adjusts the wattage from 7 - 50 Watts. Again it has just enough resistance to prevent accidental activation, but still permit ease of use.
Real-time display screen - What does it show ?
Battery status - The display will graphically show the voltage drop when you hit the fire button. This gives you a good indicator if a) you are working within the parameters of your battery b) It shows your battery life real-time. No more worrying about over-discharging a battery !
Ohms meter - This seems spot on so far
Voltage that will be drawn from the battery
Wattage setting.
One nifty feature is the screen will auto dim after ~ 10 seconds from first power up, and then dim immediately when the fire button is not held, and will switch off after about 2-3 minutes of inactivity.
