Sigelei 75w MAJOR issues! HELP

Hi guys!
So im having a huge problem with my sigelei 75w box mod. I'll try and keep this thread short but im running a rem REMentry atty with 24g royal wire/any wire, 4 or 5 wraps, 1/8 bit, running at 0.18 ohms at 50watts for the most part depending on juice. When I fire it th is message pops up which seems to be the manufacturers date of the mod and the name of the chip. When i let go of the button the mod turns off with the regular sigelei logo. I've already voided the warranty by the stickers on the inside that have screws under them. Im assuming that i got juice on the chip from over flowing and now its just done for life. Can you help me? Thank you.

On some mods, holding fire when you insert a battery will do a reset. Try that at least a few times.

If nothing works... you've already broken the foils, so take it apart and see if a cleaning is in order.
No guarantees but, if it's gonna be a doorstop otherwise...

Haven't had to try it myself, but...
There's a thread from today or yesterday by someone who had his KST Mini puke a whole tank into his new VTC. Several folk are giving cleaning tips. Should be a good starting point.

Can't find it either. I use "new posts" so I have no idea which section it was in. Thought it had sub tank or VTC in the title but no luck.

It'll come around again. If I see it first, I'll let you know

same here. It broke after 2 months. I have tried to contact sigelei no answer yet. Then, contacted my seller, he said it's a 7 days warranty from them and 3 months from Sigelei. They provided me a link to asmodus but I have to pay for shipping the defective unit then I have to pay the shipping back from asmodus 25usd (USA to Canada). I give up because I could buy a new one for almost the same $$$.

And finally I will never buy again a Sigelei product. That's the way it is these days...

I also have an issue with Smok X cube and their none working android app to activate the SS TC! I'm not lucky with these 2 companies lately.

if you suspect there's juice inside there then best open it up and check for signs of juice.
dry with tissue I guess; then leave open for it to dry out for a few days.


also check that your battery is not loose in the compartment.

Yep I did clean it and circuit board has been outside of the box since 9/20th... Shortly before getting this stuck screen, device started by itself w/o pressing fire (dangerous!!!). So I guess either there is a short in the switch or somewhere else I can not find.

Random auto-firing? I would not even bother to eff with it at this point.

yep auto-firing then I removed the battery. After I put back the battery it did the same thing few minutes later. Removed battery then put it back again. This time I got the P75 V2.1 screen and stuck there since.

What we have to consider about these warranty is the shipping cost which is too expensive, you pay to ship it and again to get it back!!! Most of the time we pay nothing for shipping when buying something new! So imo this warranty is a scam. The only power have is exposing these lemon products and company policy thru forum.

I will never buy a Sigelei product. I got screw once, not again.
