I bought my Shikra around the end of 2019 and it's worked fine and I love it until this past weekend (4/19/20) when I changed my coil and put a fresh set of batteries in it. It turned on, I entered my password and left it sit for a few to let the coil absorb juice, left to go to store and while driving went to use it and it was off? I tried powering back on but nothing? Came home put another set of fresh batteries in and still no power? I tried 4 sets of batteries and no power, I then used my USB plug to see if that worked and the only thing that happened was it powered on and immediately said CHECK BATTERY? Took batteries out and used usb again and it still says CHECK BATTERY?
Any ideas as to why this happened and are there any fixes or something I can do to get it working...I really love this thing and would like to get it working again.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated..

Your problem could stem from many different causes.
Could contact:
Local B&M Vape Shop (Visit)/someone who knows what their doing -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor may help).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.

So many things could be at fault.

Try the easy ones:
-Clean battery contacts
-Make sure you are putting them in correct position

Now the normal questions:
-Do you charge batteries with external charger?
-Are the 4 sets married?
-Did it leak inside the mod?
-How old are the batteries you have?
-What are the brands and model of batteries you are using?
-Coil is the same as before and can you try a different one?

Cleaned contacts, yes, batteries were installed correctly, yes batteries are married, we use samsung batteries ( never have had an issue unless batteries are old and no good, most of ours are new), we use external charger, I checked to see if there was any juice that leaked but there was no signs of that, same coils.. I dumbfounded..lol
