Did the message appear with the very next hit on the firing button after you put it back on? I've only seen those errors when I've put on a new coil and carelessly left a part of the coil touching the tank side. If you have another atty with a known good coil in it, try it on the mod and see if the message is still there when you fire it. If it is, you need to contact the store you purchased the Sigelei from.

Yes, said short the very first time I fired it after putting button back. Tried several addys and still saying short. When the firing button fell off I noticed there is a treaded ring on the inside of the box that holds the button. That ring was not attached to the box and was resting on the board! I only had it two weeks and the store I bought it from told me to contact sigelei! They wouldn't do anything for me. I've had no luck contacting sigelei!

Trust I've called all hours of the day, I was so mad. I spent $120 at the time and for it only lasting two weeks! I've heard from at least a dozen or two of others that had the button fall off, none with the short... Many have suggested to try n loosen your firing button, it will most likely loosen eventually anyway, and epoxy it to the box so it doesn't fall off and short.

It's not really the shop's fault, why should they be responsible? They bought from Siglelei as well, and ideally should deal with them directly for an exchange the same way a customer would, but apparently Siglelei only offers them one option: buy. Vape shops don't manufacture, just resell. Siglelei seems popular = $. Siglelei appears only interested in quick $ or don't speak English. Lastly, it does suck but $120 isn't that much. If you smoke a pack a day for $12, it's only 10 days smokeless.

I don't get why vapers are so cheap. Real smokers pretty much rich after switching.

Regardless of any local or state law, the store that sold it should have more than a passing interest that the issue gets resolved. Even if it's just to facilitate repair through Sigelei.

$120 is a considerable sum for most people. It's not about being cheap either. If you take on the business of reselling products, you have an obligation to the customer to make sure you are representing the products in a responsible manner - and that includes after sales service.

Stores that don't, tend to not last very long.
