Well hello everybody. I signed up because I felt I needed to let people know something about the aspire nautilus. So after hearing about the new bvc coils I decided to purchase the aspire nautilus full size and get the bvc coils. When I first got they were amazing. Then one day the aspire nautilus fell on the ground and the bottom loaded spring came out. So I put it back it and thought nothing of it. The bvc coils never tasted and vaped like it first did. I even purchased 2 more packs and thought how can all these coils be bad. So I was looking at the aspire nautilus and looked closer at the bottom spring and noticed that it didn't spring out with resistance when the coil was put it the way it should. So I read online the the spring connection should be pushed out when a coil is put in. So I pushed the spring and white rubber part out and cleaned it. When I put it back it I need to use a tooth pick to make sure the rubber part would go back in and after a little wiggling I got it back in and the spring connection worked like it should and I noticed right away the taste and vape is the way it should be. So if anyone is having any issues with their coils you should check the buttom connection on your device first. I will be posting this In the clearomizer forum once I make 4 more post lol

the thing is that when the spring came out after dropping the aspire i just put it back in and didnt realize it didnt push out enough when i put the coil in so thats when i decided to take the sping out and clean around it and now it springs in and out like it should. it should have some resistance and act like a spring. if it doesnt then it wont work the way it should. i was gonna order the kanger aerotank mega because of this issue but now i guess ill be staying with the aspire since i already have like 4 full packs of coils still..

I found filing the screw down a hair worked well (which the spring sits on)

Although the 510 connector of my DNA mod has been shown to have a massive design flaw. You never want too large a screw in either, (or wobbly) as you can short the device. Most of the 'blew up my v3 in a day' threads are atty / screw related. Odd others are just no ground etc lol! Good 'ol CN ...
