The other day at work dropped my e cig, with my relatively new aspire nautilus tank attached, Luckily I did not break the glass tank. But the bottom ring where the battery connects did pop off, and the airflow adjustment ring slid down, I tried to put it back together when I noticed a small spring partially sticking out from over top the airflow ring, I slid the ring down to pop the spring back in place and the spring shot out across the room. Can not find it anywhere I looked, scoured the ground with a magnet... Anyone know of anywhere I can get a replacement spring? its very tiny, and although I can still use my tank the airflow ring does not lock in place at the different adjustment points anymore. Its very irritating to say the least, if anyone knows of where I can buy a spring, or something that has a spring the same size that I could use I would be very grateful.

Thanks in advance

Hey everyone! I have had this EXACT same thing happen to me and my Nautilus =( I was even at work too!

I was hoping either TechJim or Ocelot could tell me how I could get in contact with "Drew"? I would really like to avoid having to pay for a complete Nautilus again, as I have had only had mine for about a week and it sure wasn't cheap..

If contacting Drew isn't an option, perhaps somebody has stumbled across some kind of parts kit online somewhere for cheap?

Thanks in advance for any input everybody!

I really liked my Nautilus (and my Aerotank Mega) until the bad coil problem hit the first half of this year. The issues with Kanger and Aspire heads made me buy a Kayfun 3.1. Both the Nautilus and the Aerotank Mega are great tanks. They just weren't supported with quality consumables at the time I used them. BVC coils are good and I have some for backup.

I've never really looked back since the switch to Kayfun. When I wind a coil I just replace the cotton wick every few days and wind a new coil every 4 to 6 weeks. Flavor is as good or better than anything I've ever vaped and I'm not out searching for a box of coil heads once a week. Parts for the Kayfun are plentiful and are easy to replace. At the rate I wind coils, my $7 100' roll of Kanthal will probably last me two years. A bag of 100 organic cotton balls is under $4, cheaper if you shop around.

I had the same thing happen with my mini.. instead of locate replacement parts i took the adjustment ring off and wow! It hits like a beast now with the additional airflow.

How did you manage to take the base apart to take the airflow adjustment off the nautilus mini? I can't figure it out for crap! lol

You can get the mini or full size nautilus base here Electronic Cigarette - Best Electronic Cigarette - Vapor Cigarette Buy the Best Nautilus Base Hardware from www.evape.us

Or, you can get just the parts from Aspire Ecig Online in China. That may take a few weeks to get to you though.

Man, wish I would've found that before I ordered the base replacement from eBay. I paid 17 bucks for it and this one comes out to 12.59 after shipping. Could've saved myself 5 bucks! Oh well, I still have one extra nautilus mini glass tank and top hardware that I could purchase this one to go on.

Thanks for posting this. I looked around about a month ago for a US supplier for just the base and could find one anywhere and $17 shipped directly from aspire didn't seem too cost effective. Anyone prone to dropping their device would probably be ahead to skip buying the Nautilus as sold and just buy the base and the hollowed sleeve.
