LEDs don't use "colored bulbs". The LED itself is the color that you're seeing. To change that would require removing the old LED and soldering in a new one. While this is certainly doable, you're working in a pretty small space (you're not likely to be able to safely remove that portion from the battery cylinder) and you'll need to make sure you add the appropriate resisters (and remove any existing resistors) for the LED you want to change it to (LEDs of different colors have different requirements). If you're sufficiently knowledgeable in the area of LEDs and supremely skilled with a soldering iron you just might be able to do this without damaging the battery. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it and would instead suggest you spend the $15-20 it costs for a new battery with a differently colored LED tip.

Hello all! After enjoying my kr808D-1 for about...three days now, I was wondering about the LED. Is there a tutorial for changing the colored bulb/is it possible without destroying the battery?

I want something that does not look like a cigarette, as my kr8 has an orange tip, it still looks like it's burning.

Thanks in advance! :vapor:
Take a look at this video. A forum member who goes by MistressNomad, has a YouTube video on how to do this, and it doesn't require any soldering. The video is called,
"E-cig decorating. It's fun. Try it. Part 2 - End caps"

Part 1 deals with how to decorate an e-cig body with nail stickers and it's called, "E-cig decorating. It's fun. Try it. Part 1 - The body".

They are both good vids. :) Hope this helps.
