Hi everyone!

I just noticed last night that my (green) Silver Bullet had a couple spots where the paint is thinner than the rest of the SB. I was wondering if i should worry about this leading to it thinning more or possible chipping in the future. If its gonna be a problem then I'm gonna look into exchanging it for another, if not then that's fine, just adds some character lol.

The green is a booger to shoot on. I sent a few back for recoating. The light coating will not effect the durability. I know I most likely missed a few that had light spots from the hanger around the switches. Those seem to be my nemesis.......

All your mods are made out of aluminum correct? Have y'all thought about anodizing them? I know that anodizing adds more thickness to the metal but y'all could cover the threaded parts on the pv, so it won't affect it. Just a thought.

Yes we have, I actually had a sample done on one, I was not impressed. There is a lot of prep work involved before anodizing as well, not to mention lead time. It is bad enough I have a 3 week lead minimum on the chrome plating. Not tossing the anodizing out the window though. I have used the same powder coater from day one, who is a local. I hate sending work away when there are many people local to me needing the work. The guy I use is very quick and drops most everything to do my stuff. I can hand him 500 units to be shot in multiple colors and I get them back within the week :) LOL anyway yes they are T6061 Aluminum. I did not mean to go off on a tanget of supporting my local economy etc etc

Hey at least you support local people which I think is awesome. I think a clear ano with a black and red splash would be awesome.
