Pharmacy for USP vg, tractor supply co for USP pg and craft store for flavoring. I have yet to find a local place with suitable nicotine.

I say DIY as well! Im about to start up myself, I like 0 nicotine and high VG, ordering in advance from a place that does custom juices so I have enough steep time is getting bothersome. Now I am in control!

I get my supplies from DIY Canada, they carry alot of concentrates from TPA/TFA and Capella. They dont carry nicotine so i buy small bottles of 50mg nicotine(PG) for when i mix up juices for my fiancee. I noticed that you're in the US, im sure there would be better options within the states. Maybe ask @suprtrkr where he buys from. I think he gets them directly from The Flavor Apprentice. But i could be wrong

EveryDayDrips.com has great tasting e-liquid at an afforable price. It's VG only. Nic levels are 0mg, 3mg and 6mg.

I buy my nic juice at 10%/100mg from MyFreedomSmokes and my flavors from Flavor Apprentice. I have found quality product and good service at both places. I get PG/VG, either pharma or food grade, from either depending on where I am placing an order when. I'm a l-e-e-e-e-e-t-l-e leery of ordering the PG/VG at eBay or Amazon, although I could probably save a few pennies if I did. I have also, in an emergency, used USP grade VG from WalMart and found it to be good quality.
