I just read a post about someone unhappy with V4L and am also looking for a new place to get my juice and and Parts from seems every time I order from them I always ok not always but I have a 50/50 chance of actually getting the color or product I order. Ya maybe some people don't care about color and are happy with the fast shipping but when I order a 30 ml bottle of something and put in 11 mg and they send me a higher one with out asking that is just wrong or when I order black batteries and get chrome. Anyway anyone know of a good place to get stuff in the USA. Would like to order everything from the same place if possible. Also I have had a 4 or 5 batteries DOA and stop working within weeks of getting them I am just tired of sending stuff back now

Thanks

I've been vaping since January, and have had good luck with multiple suppliers, so hopefully my suggestions, as well as the suggestions of others will help steer you in the right direction. I'm going to attempt to narrow down suggestions here for you:

1. Juice: Tasty Vapor is by far my favorite. These juices are made fresh to order in California. There are other good juices, but I've tried a lot of them and TV is the winner in my book.

2. Hardware: I've gotten atomizers from CigNot, cartomizers from Vapor Kings, and I bought a Chuck from ThagBuilt.com (if you order a Chuck, you need to order batteries elsewhere, like MadVapes.com).

As you will see, vaping is trial and error and lots of individual tastes. There is no one-size-fits-all just like with regular cigarettes or anything else. There is no one-stop shop for all vaping needs at this point, at least for me.

Good luck to you, and I hope you stick with it because it is SO worth the hassle of figuring everything out. It's hard to believe right now, but it does become second nature once you figure out the jargon and all the parts and pieces!

I always had great service from V4L. I moved on for other reasons.

But they were always very helpful when an issue arose.

Nowadays, I like MadVapes for my 555, WordUpEcig for Batteries (808d-1), and Vapornine for Cartos (808d-1). LiteCigUSA is also very good. And VaporsEtc sells my favorite 510 cartos.

But there are many very good suppliers. It just depends what you are looking for.

As guava said, it's trial and error. I am constantly trying new things. But that's half the fun!

Yes I have contacted them and their customer server is great I cant complain about that and they try to resolve everything VERY quickly but I don't feel I should have to call them every time I make an order so they can fix something I want to just get what I ordered and have it work. I just received an order of 4 boxes of Cartomizers today and not one will work on my PT very disappointed this time, and since I posted my 1st msg here my manual battery that is less than a month old just quit working. I feel it is just time to move on. That make 5 batteries and a PCC go bad in less than 3 months Rrrrr!

There are quite a few suppliers who sell KR808D-1s. Just to name a very few of them: CigEasy, Vapornine, LiteCigUSA, and VaporKings. I've only personally dealt with CigEasy and LiteCigUSA. They were both very quick and helpful. Vapornine has "Turbo" cartomizers that get very good reviews, too.
V4L's vapor king is a branded model of the KR808D-1.

I agree with your feelings for V4L. I won't go any further than that for now...:nah:

But, for liquids, I agree with guava, Tasty Vapor is amazing! Can't go wrong with them and they're not considered the forum favorite for nothing.

As for hardware, I'd suggest cignot too. Their prices are great and they ship very quickly.

Good luck!! :)

Since January, companies I have really liked AND I have repeatedly ordered from; NHaler, Tasty Vapor, MadVapes, CigNot.

I have limited experience, but this is about half of the companies I have placed orders with, and these made it to the top of my "tabs" so when I need something, I look to these companies first.

I shop around a lot, and find I get a little from here, and a little from there.

I am still new and feeling my way around but all of my orders have been great fast shipping good products. I get all my hard supplies from Cig Easy, 2 day shipping can’t beat it. Right now I am vaping some fantastic juice from Liquidxpress Cherry Pipe & Honey Flue Tobacco both rock, JC products are great, packaging on the sample kits is great. Over all I’m happy how this is working. Vaping on an Elegant Easy, Kr808D pass-through and Kr808D PPC life is good. Enjoy:toast:

I understand your frustration. Believe me, I do! But no matter the supplier, they're all just people, and people make mistakes. And the majority of the hardware they sell is made in china. so the best we can hope for is an acceptable error rate, fair prices, and outstanding customer service.

But that's just my opinion.

Yep, e-cigs are mechanical devices unlike cigarettes and things go wrong with mechanical devices, especially when they come from China. You might want to consider an American made mod - there's lots of good ones out there.

As far as V4L is concerned, I've bought a lot of items from them and have never had to talk to their Customer Service. Their car adapter is one of the few (5V - 2000 mA) that will work with a pass through and in my humble opinion, their Premium and WOW Vapor cartos are pretty hard to beat.

Anyhow, don't let any of this stop you from vaping. There are plenty of fine suppliers available to us.
