There is no way to be exact on that. At best you can do some math to get a general idea but probably won't be accurate.

The average American cigarettes contain about 9 mg of nicotine, but because much of the nicotine is burned off, a smoker gets about 1 mg of nicotine in every cigarette.

In E-Liquid 24mg liquid contains 24mg nicotine per ml.

I've done a test with cigarettes and got an average of 10 puffs per cig but it'll vary with each person. I've never gauged how many puffs I get per ml of juice, pretty safe to say A LOT more. Once you come up with that number do the division.

Then you have to take in consideration vaping and smoking aren't the same. The transference of nicotine is less with vaping. Most information I've seen says we get up to 40% in comparison to smoking.

Good Luck

Some studies have shown we may be absorbing as little as 10% of the nicotine from vaping.
And some here find flaws in those studies and think they may be getting as much as 40% of the nicotine from vaping.

So, for example...

Let's say you're using 18mg strength liquid, which is 18mg of nicotine per milliliter.
If using 3ml per day of 18mg strength liquid, you would theoretically be getting 54mg per day assuming 100% absorption.

But taking absorption rates into account you will only be getting anywhere from 5.4mg to 21.6mg of nicotine per day.

And that would equal anywhere from about 5 to 43 cigarettes.
Because the amount of nicotine absorbed from real cigarettes is anywhere from 0.5mg to 1.1mg, and some are even more.

So really it all depends on which cigarettes we are talking about, and how much we really absorb from vaping.

Impossible. Every atomizer vaporizes differently, everyone's mouth and lungs are different size, everyone takes different size drags. If you want, you could get a syringe and put one ml in a bottle and then keep track of how many drags you get out of it.

Personally, I think it makes more sense to vape from one small bottle (like 5ml) and see how much is gone each day. You should be able to look at it an tell if you use 1ml or 1.5 ml or more.

If you get a headache or rapid/irregular heartbeat or feel lightheaded, then you probably are getting too much nic.

Thanks everyone, I have been 12 weeks off analogs and now it is getting hard to find juice.Health Canada says that nicotine in liquid is a new drug, puffft, and needs to be tested. Our dept of justice says that nicotine delivered in a vaporising device is legal without a prescription as long as it is delivering 4 mg or less per dose.I am assuming the vaporizer is big pharma's over the counter inhaler, that doesn't work. It is a safe bet it is still on the shelves. Are they wanting us to smoke? It sure looks that way.:(
