Hi so it's making a sizzling sound I don't know why. It's been doing it since I filled it up its a new coil, my last one and I chat purchase any atm as I'm away, anyone help here's a video of it you can hear the sound, sorry tv is on in background it's the uk apprentice lol

And it's reading the 0.5 as a 0.6

Also it never stops leaking I think the longest run its been on without leaking is about 3 hours, I'm not sure if it's just the subtank mini or what, but I find with the kanger equipment I find problem after problem anyone have the same problem? And I want to get a new mod and preferably with a new tank, arm I'm using a istick 30w but I want to step my quality up. I prefer not having to buy batteries so Yh, I know there's review but I want your guys advice and recommendations :) thanks

@Charam1996 OK, here is some other named person not associated to rabbits. ;) That is a normal sound coming from that tank. The only time mine has ever leaked has been when it is tilted on its side. Mostly every single coil I get reads .1 ohm higher than what is stated on coil with my MVP as well as my Sigelei 100 watt. As far as harshness, what mg are you vaping with that? I would not recommend anything above 6 mg although some people do.

@Charam1996 Have you tried lowing the watts at all to alleviate the harshness? (possibly t0o high mg strength)

Did you perhaps forget to wet the new coil first, or let it soak for a good bit before using it? (burnt cotton/replace coil).

Have you had the same juice before at the same mg strength and it was ok? (possibly funky juice)

10 watts is not enough power to properly run the .5 ohm coil. You need at least 14 watts or so.
It may be wicking more juice than it can vaporize at low wattage.
What is you nic level and have you used subtanks before? They vaporize more juice and give you more nic so are harsher that vaping with a smaller tank at lower wattages.
If vaping 6 mg in an Evod or somesuch vape 3 mg in a subtank mini.
And the only time mine has leaked is when the coil got loose in the base.
I run the 1.2 coil at around 12 watts and the .5 needs at least 14 or more.
I put a 26 gauge 1.2 ohm in the rba base and it vape nicely at 13-14.

If your using stock coils then take a pin and poke a few holes into the wicking and fluff it up a bit, some say the stock wicking is too tight and chocking the juice flow. Even go from the top of the head and spread the wick out a bit to loosen the cotton up, but use a new head that you have primed so the wicking is wet. Thats my take on the vape being harsh. I use the rba and have had zilch issues with my subtanks.

The V2 STM's come with vertical coils. Not sure which on the poster has though.

Hi all I did start at the lowest and go up to 30w, sometimes my reading jumps about and I don't mean by a ohm I mean once 0.5 coil was reading at 3.5 I think my I stick is faulty sorry I didn't say that at first and when I used my RBA it was okay but since last month it's just leaked non stop, I'm just going to buy a new sub tank, and I'm buying a new mod tomorrow but what to get [emoji848] (I stick is first mod) the I stick also feels flimsy and cheap to others I've held

Sizzling is AOK.
A reading of 3.5ohms probably means not full contact with the 510 pin. (Or a totally messed up atomizer). It could be a duff iStick, but that would be bottom of my list. A broken iStick has more problems than reading the wrong ohms... fluctuating power (watts/volts), dodgy 510 connection (threads), quick discharge, broken buttons.

Yes, the iStick is a cheap and flimsy mod! I agree. :) I have 4.

Try a Coolfire and iSub tank. (G or Apex).
