So I tried searching the site, but found nothing.

Has anyone ordered from alibaba.com?

I am looking for the cheapest Protank 3s I can find, since I'm a little over budget this month already, but I still want a nice tank to vape when I'm not using my EVODs. I really like the idea of the Protank 3 but I can't justify spending $25 plus shipping for a tank when I've only been vaping for 2-2.5 weeks.

Anyway, my search led me to this Genuine Varies Colours Kanger Protank 3 In Stock - Buy Cheaper Genuine Kanger Protank 3,Kanger Dual Coil Protank Cartomizer,Protank 2 Cartomizer Product on Alibaba.com and I must admit, 9$ plus shipping for a genuine Protank 3 is a dream I want to be real lol.

So basically, I know it says genuine, but it might be a clone/ripoff so I want to make sure. Has anyone ever dealt with this site? I expect shipping times to be outrageous, since it's coming from China, but that doesn't bother me.

I don't order anything from any overseas shop.. But seeing as Kangertech is made in China I would see how it's a bit cheaper coming out of China.. I would tell you to wait until you can buy it to be on the safe side.. Plus your money goes back into America

Just search for it. I believe they are cheaper on ebay.... Maybe 20. But there's free shipping.
I agree with the other poster.... wait and buy here.
It will most likely take forever to send and usually alibaba has a order requirement.
Wherever you get it from, protanks are great. I'm using a pt2 and liking it alot.

Why not try the Aspire BDC tank? I don't have the Protank 3 but do have the original and II and the Aspire is a better tank and can be had on ebay from a US seller for about $10 shipped.

I know this doesn't help you now, but if you did get that one, there is a scratch off thing on the box that reveals the code so you can check online to see if it is authentic.

I agree. When I am not using my rebuildables, my staple is vivi nova style tank. I have not used the BDC tanks, but I have owned a protank and pt2 . I must say that the vivi style wick tanks blow the protanks out of the water and I only paid $12 for mine and it is pyrex with stainless around it to protect it from breaking.

I wish there was a "marketplace" type section here where people can sell, or giveaway, their stuff they aren't using. I see so many posts like "bought xyz tank, used it once, and it's been sitting untouched ever since". Why not sell, or give, to someone who also wants to try it? As long as you clean it properly, or pop on a new tip, it should be perfectly fine.

In all honesty, I would love that. I'm new to vaping, only 2-2.5 weeks, so there's a LOT to try to find what I like. Buying from vendors is definitely getting expensive lol.

I'm new, too, but I think I remember seeing something about a members classified section here. I just don't remember where it is. Some of you veterans - did I imagine it?

The verified member thing is to prevent fraud in the classified sections. You need to prove your identity via Paypal or eBay or some other things I don't remember so that if there ever was a problem, there is a name to match to your screen name. It's all in the link I posted.

I am already PayPal verified, so I have no problem going through the Verification process for this site.

I had heard about the classified section through reading threads, but never really knew what was in it so I wasn't going to bother becoming verified. But now that I know the section I seek is hiding in there, I'll be verified as soon as I can be lol.

Here is a web site that shows product -- then offers a selection of sellers for each one. The number varies as to how many, but it will keep you busy for a while. Compare prices and perhaps find someone local to you. They don't show EVERY of the latest and greatest for sale --- but you WILL find other sellers through them who you can check. And ............ you might find sellers NOT shown via other search methods or via the SUPPLIES section of this forum. Some of them are listed on the 'Pennywise' site as well ... it just another 'tool'.

Some may laugh at the site ........ but it helps to find sellers nearly as as much as anything Google. PennyVaper.com
