When building coils..can u start and end on the same negative post?

On a sleeper, you start with one piece of kanthal. Begin on one negative post, wrap a coil then go through the positive post, wrap another and end on the other negative. That's the meaning of "sleeper" one piece of wire and two coils.



Here's a twisted 26g sleeper that I built last night in my blue tobh. Its on top of my mini e-lvt. it came out to .45ohms.
