Slight issue with Atom Mechanical Mod

I noticed that my Atom hits wonderfully with my AGI hybrid but for some reason it doesn't seem to hit as nice with my Nimbus or IGO-W Rebuildables. It seems as though it needs to heat up quite a bit for it to produce clouds like my other mods. I inspected the contacts and sanded off some of the dirty that was on them and it made it quite a bit better but still not 100% any insight on what i could do to boost the performance just a little more would be great.

Well, I don't have an Atom, but I will give this a shot anyway. You haven't given us much information on the rda builds. Type of coils, wicks, etc. I'm going to assume the AGI is set up as a dripper and that the Atom is now clean with good contacts as you said.

If you have another mod, are the Nimbus and IGO better on that? If they are then it may be the 510 connection giving you grief. Make sure the positive pin in the Atom is making good contact with all the RDA's. After that, look at the RDA builds and make sure that they are comparable and they are good. For example, if you're using a micro coil on one make then all that way. Dual coil on one, make them all dual and with the same resistance. You get the idea.

Mechanical mods and RDA's are pretty simple and performance is mostly in how you build them.
