I refrained from answering the OP question because I'm not a fan of the 10440 battery and that precludes the slimmest category...

it'd be better to ask slimmest and smallest for which battery...

but generally my list would be the precises, the preciouses, chameleon, and mini vapestack

You might want to consider getting a Janty Stick V3 or something similar. For me it's perfect for stealth vaping and it does not look like an ecig. I hope this is not too sci fi for you. It's quite small and takes the 10440. However, you may consider buying it from TW or Tecc (the electronic cigarette company) as the body alone costs as little as 20 pounds and you could always buy the usb charging cable separately as you may want a longer one in any case. Hope this helps.

Yea, Stick V3 is stealth friendly and it comes with very tasty cartidges from TW (and which them liquid you can't get from anywhere anyway which pisses me off :> )

It has some flaws, but for £20 who would notice
