WB Sloth, missed your usual ramblings!
I found that one of the best motivators for staying away from cigarettes is the counter at the bottom of my screen; i'd really hate to have to reset that and start all over.
But even now there are certain triggers - i watched a film the other day and a guy there was taking a huge drag off a ciggy and i could feel it, because it's precisely how i used to smoke. [Afternoon break time at work was routinely timed by the time it took me to chain 3 Marlboros].
What i used to do, until i made the first year anyway, was to keep some high nic liquid around and vape that in times of doubt/stress etc and then revert back to the lower concentrations.
