Slow to ship?

I decided to order an eGO so I placed my order on the Nov 5th and expected it to be shipped out the same day. Evidently that did not happen, additionally it still has not shipped as it is in a "making" status.

I order stuff all the time so I get that some companies take longer than others but seriously what are they "making" they just need to toss it in a box and put a label on it. Also the fact that you dont get a tracking number really bothers me, I order stuff from china and get a tracking number. I really think they need a US distributor.

I just got a notification that the order was shipped right before you posted this. I assume you changed the order status. I guess the expectation is that when my order ships I will get notification of that not the next day. Having said that I am ok with when the order was shipped but your system seems to leave a bit to be desired.
 
I still haven't gotten my shipment, you "REALLY" need a US distributor, I get products from china quicker and with tracking information. What really kind of ...... me off here is that on your website when I selected the catalog it said "Shipping in USA" which to me meant that it was being shipped local. At that point I just clicked on the product I wanted and hit order. After that I was presented with an FAQ stating that my product would not be shipping from the USA. Now when I go look at your website I see there is a link to an FAQ that USA now ships from Europe but I wasn't looking for that when I made my order and the phrasing on the website "Shipping "in" USA" is a statement saying that it will ship from the USA.

I am just bothering to take the time to write to let you know that 1. you can't expect customers to read every little link on your website. 2. stating things like "shipping in USA" when you are not is very misleading. Considering the extreme shipping times I wont be ordering again from Janty even though I may like the product when I get it. There are several other companies that are reselling your products here so I will obtain future supplies from them. Hopefully I dont have to deal with an RMA or anything like that when I finally do get my ego from you, wow I am not even sure that I would bother with it.
 
I did finally get my eGo in the mail. The package was damaged pretty bad however everything seems to have made it through although a bit messy because I had ordered some prefilled carts in the same order and they leaked all over the place due to the mishandling of the package. The rectangle box that the janty comes in was completely smashed.

That's one reason I don't order from China unless I'm in no hurray. I ordered something not ecig related on Dec. 2nd from China though and I got it 9 days later. I was amazed, I've never had anything come that fast on the slow boat from China.

We're trying to launch this weekend but not sure if it will work yet. We'll do our best and if it takes a bit longer before we can launch, we'll be installing DHL shipping (48 hours delivery!) from EUROPE until we can launch in the US.

Sorry if I came off snarky, but you do have a great product so frustrated fans are a factor (like me). Better than disinterested customers certainly. Crossing my fingers for you - I'm down to my reserve juice!
