Could you check the status of order # 12263 shipped on 04/15 I can not get any tracking information on the EMS China site or any other site. Says the number does not exist.

I am just now seeing the package tracking and it looks like it was mailed today and not on the 15th.

I forwarded the issue to our shipping company and haven't heard back from them yet. I am glad to hear it is now tracking. I do apologize for the delay. I will speak to them again on Mondayto find out the reason for the delay.
