So I am slowly building up my collection and am ready to take the dive into rda's. However not comfortable enough to start messing with mechanicals yet. I will be swinging by my favorite B&M this afternoon to pick up my new Patriot rda. My question is.... Will my MVP be able to handle the Patriot, if I am utilizing a 1.5ohm - 1.8ohm single coil build? I will eventually pick up a new VV/VW, something that will be able to put out 15w-20w. Then I will move into a mechanical once I get the building of the RDA's down and have learned more about unregulated mods and batteries, and overall how to be safe with those mods. Anyone have a picture or video of a Patriot on an MVP? Thoughts on the performance?

Patriot + MVP 2.0 = youtube, from what I heard/read, MVP 2.0 can fire at .8 ohm but does have 11 watt limit..etc..

"overall how to be safe with those mods." = that's up to you, how much you want to put time into reading, battery safety, ohm's law, asking the right questions, learning etc, but if you want to be safe, put in Kick 2 etc into your mech mod.

For me, MVP 2.0 is meant to pair with my Pro T 2, Taifun GS, and sometimes kayfun...I'm only "cool" at home when "sub-ohm" with drippers/Mechs and want Care Bear Clouds to come out..

I get the limits of the MVP, I understand I am not going over 11w. Overall how to be safe with those mods, was a statement, not a question, therefore the reason I am taking baby steps with RDA's. I want to get the hang of building coils, and take my time learning before I make the move to mechanicals. I am not looking to sub-ohm, as stated I am loking to build coils at this point in the 1.5-1.8ohm range. Dripping will be what I do at home, not driving down the freeway at 85mph. My AeroTank will be used when out and about. So again, I ask.... Will the MVP have any issues with a Patriot, using a 1.5-1..8ohm single coil? If your statements were not meant to be condecending in nature, then I apologize that mine may have been.

Let me try again, what issues are you referring? vapor production, flavor?
Sorry, I have to type in this manner, cause i'm working at the same time and thinking linear in mine line of work.

I don't see any issue, at 11 watts, ...You'll get some flavor and vapor out of it and you might have to drill larger holes though in patriot though, I know lot of people don't like the stock size, but if you do, cool, less work.

" If your statements were not meant to be condecending in nature, then I apologize that mine may have been. ". It doesn't bother me either way to be honest, I couldn't really tell if you were referring as question or you already knew it. No apology needed, you're hear to get info, etc.

BTW, if you're getting an authentic Patriot, make sure it's 1.2 v...even it's a clone... they made some little improvements for aesthetics I heard to fits flush with 22m mods.
101vapes has it for 54.99 plus ship.

Thank you for all the input guys. I picked up my new Patriot yesterday and am loving it. I've been trying to decide what mod to go with. Was looking at the Sigelei 20, but after batteries and charger, I'm looking at $150+. Now I'm thinking mechanical, for cost purpose. Looking at the Magneto, I can get the mod, batteries and charger for under $120.
