Hey
I've made the same mistake an got the wrong ones too!
Might try the Silo Lite tank: Beyond Vape Silo Lite Tank Kit [bv-silo-lit-tan-kit] - $15.00 : Beyond Vape, Electronic Cigarettes, Premium Vaporizers, Premium Vaping Products which uses the small BDC/BVC. I've got the fullsize which takes the BVC...(gawd, Aspire screwed up naming the redesigned BDCs BVC!)

The Silo lite--do you know which coils come with it? The write up on the site is a bit confusing--they say the tank takes three kinds of coil heads--their own, BDC and BVC (non Natilus BVC), but which is included with their tank?

Hey Katya
I haven't bought the Lite so I don't know but, as you saw and from what I can tell from their description they use Beyond Vape coils, the old BDC coils and the redesigned BDC which Aspire also call Bvc. The confusion comes because the new coils for the Nautilus line are called BVC too.
The old BDC/BVC coils are smaller and stumpier looking.
To be safe I would drop them an email or ask in their vendor/modder forum.

Thanks--I was just curious. Not ready for the BVC coils myself yet--I don't care for that fiberglass filler and I don't like coils that can't be easily cleaned and dry-burned, but I like to know what's going on in the vaping world. :)

I also wouldn't buy a tank without adjustable airflow--and the big Silo is really too big for me.

But who knows, maybe they'll add an air control valve to the mini. :D

Thanks for your help!

I have the Silo Lite arriving tomorrow and I beleive it comes with 2 Beyond vapes BDC coils. I did order a box of the Aspire (not for Nautilus) BVC coils, which are supposed to work on the Silo Lite according to Beyond Vape. Only time will tell if it was worth it.

I recently purchased 3 of the Aspire ET tanks, I loved the first one, worked great. The second one had a really tight draw and I could barely get anything out of it. Got it replaced and it was a little better for awhile, then back to the very tight draw again. The 3rd one is the same way. Why is one so awesome and the other 2 I can barely use? Any suggestions? I'm changed the coil in one of the tight ones and it wasn't any better.

I just received my Beyond Vape Silo Lite and it came with two Beyond Vape Silo Lite coils. I haven't tried them but I have put in a Aspire BVC 1.8 ohm coil and it works fine. So far no dry hit or leaks. Fits on top of my Provari perfectly. Now to find the right setting. So far so good.

It's my understanding that the BVC coils wick better than the BDC.

That said, you can always dilute you thick juices with a little distilled water--just a couple of drops per ml can make a difference. 100% VG juices don't need to be thick.
