So I've been vaping the Snickerdoodle Cookies for the last day or so (OMG - LOVE. It definitely needed to steep for about a week, but now it's really good!), and now my co-workers are complaining that I make the office smell like "musty maple syrup" - and I don't even vape inside the building!

I've tried sealing up my eGo in a plastic baggie in my purse, but they say they still smell it. So I guess it's sticking to my clothes? I don't know, I don't smell it. I just taste it when I vape (and it's so yummy...)

Do any of you also get this "complaint" from others when vaping Ms T's juices? Are they really that strong? Or are my co-workers just being jerks? *kicks them* ...I think they're jealous...

Yep, actually I can smell it now, too.

I think it smells yummy as hell, but you know how co-workers can be... Mine have to complain about everything. It USED to be that I smelled like smoke, now they complain because I SMELL LIKE SNICKERDOODLE COOKIES.

I think they're just mad because my "disgusting habit" isn't so "disgusting" anymore!

I love the Snickerdoodle, but when I vape it my cats run in the opposite direction! LOL

It must have a completely different smell to those who don't vape it.

I have had cats in the past, and I love the "disgust" face they give when they don't like something... LOLOLOL!!!

Maybe Ms T should rename "Snickerdoodle Cookie" to: "Cat and Co-Worker Repellant".

I would say .... them, you're not vaping in the building. Bring in some old smokey clothes and leave them around, maybe get some good coffee breath going and see if they've got a problem with that. LOL, whaddya gonna do, ya quit smoking and try to be considerate and still this?

It is what it is. People hate it when other people (you, in this case) stop doing something they used to think made them superior to you. Some will be supportive and some will not. I second the stinky perfume/cologne comeback. Maybe try some blueberry smoothie or vanilla something or other, who can object to that? My sister HATES the smell of smoke and would freak out if I came anywhere near to inside her place with a lit cigarette and she is more than happy to let me vape in her house and actually likes the smell. All I've ever heard from anyone is they either can't smell anything or that it smells like some food item to them. But I've not done the doodle in front of her yet. Can't imagine that it would be an objectionable smell. As for the cats, they may be sensitive to cinnamon but I know there are some vapes that people have said attract them.

Dooter, those Boge LR cartos work great with the eGo don't they? RE: your sig. If you get a chance, try the authentic 510 Joye cartos and the Joye eGo Mega XL cartos...they both work really well too, especially the former. It burns ALMOST as hot as an LR Boge and has a bit more quality to it. They come in 8 colors. I like to mix and match my eGos in all sorts of combinations ....

Don't buy an s-load to start with in case they aren't your preference though.

While the "I let you" was poor phrasing, for sure, anyone else notice how much wrath this guy got because he didn't want her vaping in HIS car? One might consider that his right? As for the coworkers, that's a tough one. Yes, they may just be hypercritical jerks, but they may also genuinely find the odor distasteful. Guess you have to figure out which is true. If the latter, perhaps the "social" thing to do would be choose another flavor for work. Since there are no "secondary smoke" issues, the proper responses to vaping complaints gets trickier. But to my mind right now, you are putting an uninvited substance (be it merely odor or other harmless commodity) into "their" air. And they have rights too...
