I had the same problem last family sale. Turns out I wasn't on the mailing list. Did you sign up for the "family" mailing list? If you haven't received the email yet it's pretty safe to say that it's not coming tho Sorry.
And make sure you check your spam folder if you haven't already.....although there is someone whose email service rejects the family emails, so I guess that could be the issue too. They would always get them a day late!
