Smilin - I can't tell what VK atomizers I got?

I asked for Marboro Medium, the ones I got either have a W or an M (upside down or not) sticker and are High.

I can't sleep, feel wired and have almost painful weird feelings in my muscles - wondering if I got extremely high ones and have too much nicotine in me?

My heart and lungs are fine though.

I'm going to try to sleep again, but will check in in the morning. Or again tonight if I still can't sleep.

It's an M, for Marlboro! At the end of the cart that screws into the battery, there should be gold writing that will tell you what level mg you have.

If "M" is for Marlboro, how is Mint identified?

Or better yet, what are the differences between all of the carts?

The mint atomizers say "Mint" on the package I believe
