Hello, today we are going to take a look at Pasito Pro Kit sent to me by Smoant. I will examine in this Test each of the features that distinguish this item. I hope that at the end of this reading you will have understood this product, and therefore decide whether to invest in it or not. As always, my opinions are free and based on my personal experience.

At the top above the image, we find the words "little ant big power" clearly the industrious ant is the Smoant logo. Just below in capital letters appears the name of this kit. The name is clearly visible, ensuring immediate recognition. A sticker with the red writing "Sample" indicates its specific destination towards reviewers. Below the image of the device appear some small icons that represent the main features of this product On the back of the box, the information is presented in an orderly and detailed way. Here you can find; other and additional features of the product that are always represented in the form of icons, indications on the contents of the kit, warnings for minors, Smoant address, barcode, QR-Code, logos and legal trademarks.

The care in the presentation and the attractive design of the packaging are just the beginning; once in your hand, the lightness and ergonomics of the new Pasito Pro by Smoant promise long sessions of comfortable and pleasant vaping. The implicit invitation of the device is to start right away. This small All-In One is a hymn to its intuitiveness; all you have to do is fill the tank with your favorite E-liquid and let yourself be enveloped by copious clouds of aromatic vapor. The Pasito Pro maintains the original form factor, but you can appreciate its sturdy zinc alloy frame and the excellent finishes of the side panels with the thin eco-leather covering heat-branded with the writings "Smoant" on one side and "Pasito Pro" on the other side.

There are numerous safety vents for the battery on the bottom of the Pasito Pro, and this is a really important factor. The charging socket is type C, and the 1,500mAh battery inside recharges quite slowly at 1A, however if you are impatient, the device allows you to vape even while charging. The support base is well-sized and allows the Pasito Pro to be stable when standing on flat surfaces.

The airflow regulation relies on a simple gate system integrated into the cartridge. This system when fully open is perfectly suited to the RDL and DL vaping style. To adjust the airflow for MTL vaping; you need to slide the gate downwards and with a minimum of sensitivity you will get the choked shot you prefer, with the slider closed the shot is practically hermetic.

The 0.96″ TFT color screen is characterized by bright colors, this display guarantees immediacy in monitoring essential information for vaping, such as; vaping mode, current charge level, voltage, temperature, coil impedance, and number of puffs. To save battery the screen also has the function of automatically turning off after a period of non-use. The front houses the power and control buttons Fire and "+/-" all the buttons are slightly raised and easily reachable by the fingers. By pressing the Fire button 5 times you can turn the mod on/off, by pressing 3 times you can access the menu and choose the preferred delivery mode. There are two delivery modes; VW from 1 to 50W with intelligent automatic power setting function, or DVW to set the customized delivery curve. In addition, for the display you can choose between 5 different background colors. By pressing the adjustment buttons together you can unlock/lock the mod, so when the mod is locked, it cannot deliver, and you can store it safely in your pockets.

The Pasito Pro has large windows in the upper area of the mod, right where the cartridge is inserted. This allows you to see at a glance and with precision the remaining liquid level. The cartridge fits into the frame in one direction only, and as I described before, you can adjust the airflow and you can fill the cartridge without removing it from the Mod. The cartridge has a great capacity of 4ml, you can also remove the coil and replace it without completely emptying the remaining contents of the cartridge. The original Drip Tip is quite easy to remove; too easy, however the positive note is that you can replace it with any 510 tip.

► Smoant Pasito Pro Kit; S-Coil:
According to Smoant the S-coils compared to the competition guarantee a quantifiable improvement in flavor in 33% and an overall increase in clouds of vapor in the measure of about 70%. In the package there are two different coils. The S1 coil 0.4Ω has a range of use between 30-35W, this resistor offers remarkable aromatic performance and returns dense clouds of warm vapor. The 0.6Ω S2 coil has a range of use between 18-25W and naturally compared to the previous one it is less energy-hungry allowing for prolonged vaping before recharging the battery. In terms of performance we are almost on the same levels as the 0.4Ω coil, both of these sub-ohm coils work perfectly with the airflow wide open. For this test, Smoant also sent me the 1.2Ω coil. This coil has a range of use between 7-12W. Specific for MTL, this resistor generates fresh vapor, and works perfectly with the battery ensuring a very long autonomy before recharging. This resistor can be used with high nicotine liquids, a solution that is very effective for abandoning smoking in favor of vaping. The gold-colored adapter that is included in the package of this Kit is pre-installed only on one coil and when you install a new coil you must be very careful not to accidentally throw it away. The adapter screws onto the bottom end of the coil to fit tightly into the pod. The S-coil platform features a wide range of resistors, one of which includes an interesting DIY RBA module. All S-coils can be purchased as spares in packs of 3 each.

Overall I really liked the Pasito pro, its classic form factor with its beautiful finishes is pleasant and comfortable to handle. The average power that can be reached is more than enough for those looking for an effective, small and compact RDL device. The 4ml cartridge contains a large and easily visible e-liquid reserve at all times thanks to the large windows on the Mod. You can also change the coil when the e-liquid level is low, you can also fill the cartridge and adjust the airflow while keeping the cartridge inserted on the device. The coils that I tried satisfied me and especially the 0.4Ω and the 0.6Ω are aromatically very good. The large 1500mAh battery allows for long vaping sessions especially with the 1.2Ω coil but even using the 0.6Ω coil the autonomy is really good. Some may argue that it lacks auto-draw, however the fire button is well sized and positioned, I personally don't miss the auto-puff. The smart power selection mode does its honest job with precision, and the DVW mode allows you to fine-tune your draw based on your personal preferences. Smoant did a great job with the Pasito Pro and I will continue to use it.
