Here's a pretty new take on a mech.

I'm not a big mech person, but I've still never seen anything quite like this one.

But it would go well with my shop Radio/MP3 Player.

I figure if it doesn't work out as a mech it would be perfect to throw a Raspberry Pi in.

It looks like a cross between a generator and a computer tower, having small hands, I'm afraid it would just be way too big!

I do like the toggle switch though

It says the innards are coated with something that keeps it somewhat waterproof (accurate and scientific terminology ) but I'd be afraid of juice getting in there. Thing looks sweet though!!

But there's that big NOT WATERPROOF thing in the specs. And near as I can tell, this thing is pretty much open to the elements, so getting juice in there looks like an eventuality, not a possibility. Or is that not waterproof thing more for don't vape outside in the rain with it?

Ah, didn't catch that. Sometimes I see what I wanna see I guess (I was really considering grabbing one). I just remember seeing their site said the board was dipped in something to make it water resistant...

The board may be water resistant, it's just everything else around it isn't.

You could always use it as a Jump Box, quick crank for your car

I get the whole 5V or straight mech, but it's a Lipo battery and the only info in the spec is 0.1 ohm min, 100W max, and 3300 mAh. So if I throw a 0.1 ohm coil, is this thing really going to give me ~30A (never mind at 5V, I know that's freaking impossible)?
