SMOK alien change watts by touching screen

Ok I received my smok alien about 2 weeks ago. Never dropped or any kind of abuse. If I press on the screen near the watt down button the device lowers the watts as if I were physically holding the button. Also if you search "srbjcb" in YouTube the only alien video that comes up is a short clip showing what I am talking about. Any thoughts?

I have the Smok G-Priv, seen a lot of people talking about the Alien must be pretty popular, I watched the video and am not sure what to say about it. What are you using for a tank and how is it working together?

For the tank I am using the Baby Beast that came in the kit with the Alien. It works great with that tank, just the watt button issues. It does it with any tank that I use.

So for whatever reason that up/down button is a little off so just flexing the screen will move it. At least it's better down than up. If it's relatively new, I'd contact wherever you bought it and get a replacement or a repair under warranty.

I'm on my third Alien in 3 months luckily the place where I bought it honours it's guarantee. my new one is the older revision A model and I'm hoping this one lasts . The screens went on the previous two which were both the later model B ones. They guy at the shop said that there were a batch of bad boards and the one I have now has a different board. Hope you can get it sorted . Vape on .

The buttons are small and sit on top of micro switches. When you press on the plastic screen you are pushing that button in just as if you pushed it directly. There's nothing wrong with your Alien, just stop pushing on the screen.
