I've had my cbk for a little over a month now and have never had any problems until just recently. Yesterday I took a joyride in my car with the roof off and when I picked up my vape to take a hit it was covered in juice. The juice leaked from the bottom air vents. When I got home I took the tank apart and cleaned everything up, and when I opened the top to put more juice in the seal was sticking out in the front. I took the seal out and looked closely at it and it looked like it had warped into an off stretched out looking shape. I thought nothing of it and used my replacement seal that came with it. The next night I was sorta chain vaping but made sure not to make the tank too hot as I know that causes leaking. I let it sit to charge and when I got back to it, half of the tank had emptied out all over the mod. I checked the seal again this morning and it once again popped out and appeared as an irregular shape. I'm not sure what's going on with this thing as I don't have too much experience with vaping. If you know what's going on and can give any insight it would be much appreciated. Also for clarification I chain vape often but never until yesterday has the seal warped like so.

I have worked with seals off an on for years and have run across this type of failure many times. I bet the problem stems from no design/workmanship understanding of machining/manufacturing tolerances, incorrect application sizes of o-ring groove and or o-rings. In addition material, age of o-rings not to mention care taken to assemble are all factors that can lead to leak/failure problems.
The above are only a few causes I can think of off the top of my head. There are a few more.
What to do:
Local Vape Shop -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.
