I just got it today, and the batteries wouldn’t fit but I finally pushed them in. I don’t know too much about voltage but it says R on the left side, and u on the right side on the main screen. It’s at 0.27 voltage where it says R, and nothing for U. Is there something wrong with the voltage or the battery?

Have you perhaps tried reading the manual? 
Forcing anything into anything else is generally a bad idea.
R = The resistance of the coil
U - Volts being delivered to the coil, this has nothing to do with the battery voltage.
There are two bars at the top of the display that show how much voltage remains in the batteries.
The batteries you choose to put in the mod is extremely important. Which make and model are you using? What wattage are you setting the mod to?

He has no idea. In the other thread he's trying to adjust the resistance. I'm gonna sit this one out I think.
