GX2/4 meets all your demands with the smallest size among all 220W mods in the global. Meanwhile, its power can upgrade to 350W via replacing the battery cover. When combining with TFV8 Big Baby, you could have double experiences immediately. Resembled battery cover brings new twins mission vaping era.

Well that's quite a statement. I hope they did the interchangeable cover better than Wismec did with the RX 2/3 that had connection problems from that interchangeable door idea. I also wonder if they'll offer a kit with the BBB instead in the US, which would make more sense than the BB, although i understand the 2 ml TPD limit that has to be followed in the EU.

We'll find out soon when the reviewers put their hands on it!

Kit comes with BBB for North America

I just placed an order with VapeNW since they are having a great sale this weekend. Almost pulled the trigger on the GX2/4, but they only have it in gold/black and I wanted either red/black or blue/black. Decided I could wait for more available colors and would like more information on battery usage. I use married pairs in my dual mods, but in the only decent video review I could find the reviewer mentioned "slapping on the extender with two more batteries for a quick change." Maybe I am wrong, but shouldn't 4 batteries all be married together in a 4 battery configuration? I would have no problem doing that and changing to a married pair for the dual battery usage.

Other colors are on pre order you can still take advantage of the sale on a pre order

    Thanks!

Their site just said "out of stock" and I could sign up for notification when back in stock. Nothing about pre-order. Regardless, sale ended yesterday and I am still not sure a 4 battery mod is in my wheelhouse.

Yeah, I had been watching that thread, but it is taking some time understandably.

And I am still not sure how much use I would get out of a 4 battery mod. Only advantage for me would be on the somewhat rare occasion I would push over 120 watts. I got a feeling I would just have it in dual battery mode and I already have several of those plus the Kaos coming. Waiting is probably a good thing for me.

Hmmm while this thread under the TC category I've had my GX2/4 five days now strictly using it VW mode. Oh and love this puppy so far! Excellent size in 2 battery mode. Did carry it today in 4 batt mode but prefer the smaller 2 batt size mode and have extra pair batts just in case.

FYI I noticed one video heere say usb can charge. Nope, for firmware update only so if batts go low and ya don't have another pair u b dead meat!

    1. Delivery on my blue one shows today, so hopefully it comes. I received my new batteries yesterday, got them all charged up so am all ready for it. I did get 6 batteries so I would have a set of 4 married if I want to go that route and 2 married for dual mode. From what I understand, best to (or must have) 4 married exclusive for quad use. I plan on starting with the 4 battery set-up to see how long it will last, then change to dual for ease of use.

Dang! USPS did it to me again! Earlier tracking said it "departed destination facility" (80 miles away) at 4:43 this morning for delivery today. It just got changed to departed at 11:02 a.m., but shows delivery today. I guess my vape mail missed the bus yet again and history says "delivery" tomorrow if, a big IF the lone postal employee tomorrow gets around to packages before the one hour service window closes. Might even be Monday!

Have I mentioned how I hate the USPS? 80 hours to go the last 80 miles comes out to the blistering pace of 1, that is ONE mile per hour!

    :rickroll:

The vaping Gods smiled down on me this morning! My GX2/4 is in hand and in use! Still very early, but my first impressions:

This thing looks awesome in the blue I waited for! It seems even smaller in dual battery configuration then the Alien in hand, but I set it up in quad mode to start. I was concerned with the size and weight for my wonky hands. The fit is surprisingly comfortable and the fire bar makes firing effortless, just a squeeze. I was surprised by the seemingly lack of heft, so compared its weight to the G-Priv 220. Obviously heavier, but the G-Priv came in about 304 grams and the GX2/4 in quad mode at 396 grams (weights with batteries, no tanks). Heavier, but the extra battery life and more comfortable fit give the edge to the GX2/4, IMHO.

Menu system is the same as the Alien and AL85, but I like that. Too early to judge firing consistency, but really nice with the first tank I am using (not the BBB it came with). I am trying some Samsung 30Q's for the first time and anxious to see how long it will run in quad mode with the varying wattages I vape. Since I don't use TC, I will leave that to others.

Only thing I noticed so far that could be of concern is the battery ribbon in the mod part seemed a bit short. It is not long enough to go under both batteries. But it does seem the "outer" battery has enough opening to easily remove the battery without it. Perhaps @Mike McVape will comment on what his is like for comparison.

All in all, this mod just might be my do everything mod....besides being my work mod I can beat around with. I could easily see putting away 10 of my other 11 mods (keeping a work mod :D). With what is surly excellent battery life and the ability to swap to a pair of married batteries while charging the 4, not much need for anything else except for back-up for insurance.

It is well worth a look and I wouldn't be surprised to see this thing really take off in sales! It is the best do everything mod I have,

Ya battery ribbon kind of short but haven't found it to be an issue changing batteries. I put the ribbon under the batt with the high side wall/left side. Pull it first and the other batt easy to take out.

I much prefer it in 2 batt mode. Carried it one day in 4 batt, just a bit too bulky to nicely slip into pocket etc. for me. Though agree it does feel nice in the hand 4 batt mode and not all "that" heavy.

Currently I have 4 LG HE4's and 4 LG HG2's. Keeping pairs married together rotating 4 sets of 2, except when playing in 4 batt mode of course.

I ordered a blue one for backup from FastTech July 4th. No way want to have to go back to the Stick V8! Shows scheduled to ship the 14th. But was going for the cheapest possible not the fastest turn around so no biggy and expected.

Follow-up after a solid day's use (well, 18 hour's use considering I do not vape while sleeping ):

I did day 1 in quad mode to get an idea of battery life. As far as the size and weight, I didn't find that an inconvenience since I was home all day. I never put my vape in a pants pocket, but make use of my shirt pocket. While that seems fine for a few minutes, off or locked in the pants pocket would be required if walking a good distance (better yet, in hand for the exercise benefits). Oh, snap! May have to get another for balance! It will get a better test tomorrow when I head out of town for the day.

As far as performance, I sense a drop-off in my dual battery mods once the battery gets below 50%. This thing hits just as well now as when I started. I also did a little research on running my Big Baby with the M2 coils on this in power mode. Gave it a try, settled in at 66 watts, and worked much better then running it on the stick which very well may now be relegated to the "not-in-use" rack.

Battery life is amazing! I'll be at 400 puffs by the time I finish typing this (maybe even 450 based on how slow I type). Estimating 40% at 32 watts, and 30% each for 55-75 and 120-140. Battery gauge is still showing about 70%-75%! Unless it drops quicker as it drains like some gas gauges, this should easily get me 2+ days for my vaping style. I always figured a second dual battery mod was my best option for carrying extra batteries, but the GX2/4 may change all that. But knowing me, I will still take that second mod just in case (OlderNDirt knocks on wood).

Bottom line, I am even more satisfied and impressed with this mod and am anxious to hear others' comments as more vapers take the leap!

Coming to the end of day 2 with my GX2/4 in quad battery mode, using it exclusively between 30 and 80 watts. Still shows about 1/3 battery left after 667 puffs (I had to take another puff quick to get off the previous number ). I would think it should get me through the rest of the evening, but I have a tendency not to run my batteries out.

I am liking this mod more and more and did get a bit of confirmation on my opinion. I spent some time at my vape shop and they all took a good look at it in quad and dual battery configuration since they had not actually seen or held one. They said they were a bit reluctant to jump on the GX2/4 after the problems the GX350 had caused. But by the time I left, they said they had their order in. I am really curious to see how quickly they move them.

Just a bump with information. :sneaky:
