So since I got my Magneto and my Igo-w4. I have noticed that no matter what coil build I put in it, it takes like 2-3 seconds before the coils start getting hot when firing. If I take the wick out and fire it, the coils take like 2-3 seconds before they even start to turn red, is this normal?

There are no shorts, no hotspots etc. Once they get going, they glow from the inside out like they should. It just takes a while to get there. and keep in mind, like I said, this is with every coil setup I have tried.

Thanks in advance

how many wraps are you doing? what kind of batterys do you have? is your magneto a clone?

you need these batterys for any kind of serious vaping in a mech
also for any sub ohm build these are the only safe ones on the market.

vtc4 :2 Sony US18650VTC4 High Drain 30A Rechargeable Li on 18650 Battery 2100mAh New | eBay

MNKE: Fatdaddyvapes Pair of Mnke IMR 18650 30A 60A Batteries for Mechanical Mods | eBay

I PREFER the vtc4 because they squeeze just a little more battery life...

It's the real deal, not a clone. I have Sony Vtc4 and efest 18650 batteries. as for my wraps, I do dual coils, and have 3 setups. 0.57, 0.8 and 1.2 ohm

Also just took it apart cleaned everything check the pin, and everything is making good connection.
