Smok RSBT airflow ring problem

Hello.
How do I fix what seems to be an unflush airflow ring.

I have tried dismantling it like you would the fogger or AGA-T7, but it won't budge. Is it bent? It was fine, until it started leaking yesterday and I noticed the gap. (It is not neccessarily leaking from this source, more the air hole).

I just had this happen to me. I think it happened because I tried to tighten down a coil to hard and it pulled the posts together. I took a pair of pliers and simply squeezed the side that was pulled up. It fixed it to about 98%, there is still just the tiniest sliver of a gap that wasn't there before. The tank still functions perfectly. Hope this helps!
