Smok stick X8 glass won't connect

I have the o- rings on the vape but when I push it on it won't go into the o far enough to screw into the coil. It pushes down on the lower battery side of the vape so I know it's not the sizing but the top just won't push on. Any help?

Did you take a look at the chimney to see if it's supposed to be screwed on there besides pressure fitted? Pictures will probably help too if you could provide that, especially when others chime in it helps them see exactly the problem you are having with your device.

Local B&M Vape Shop (Visit)/someone who knows what their doing -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor may help).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.
