Zoid I have to say I like the 1.7 XL cartos better then the dual coil cartos, I use the 2ohm DC's at 4.6-4.8v and they perform OK for me but I'm an Atty man most of the time. HV-510 by Iken is my go to at 5.7-5.8v that's my daily vapor for right now.

Hit wise DC all the way Zoid !!

Thanks mwa...

I switched to Filler type Cartos from 510 attys' way back when. I never thought the hit of a Filler type carto was as good as any atty. But there are easier fill, hold more and I'm not afraid to carry them because they don't leak.

Then the CE2 train hit. To me, CE2's made Filler type cartos seem weak. But CE2's have been known to leak at all the wrong times.

I guess I pick up a pack of DC's to try them. Heck, they arn't that expensive.

Most of my SmokTech cartos worked - they're single coil - but they only last 2 to 3 days. Cleaning them is useless.

I am vaping a 2.5ohm single coil SmokeTek right now that I have been using regurlarly for a week, and has had almost 20ml of Waffle through it.

I got some mega duel coils cartos from SmokeTech and I haven't had any problems with them. I actually think they're pretty good, but not actually better then regular single coils cartos, minus going longer without refills. I've had mine for a week now and no failures yet.

I tried these and thought they were about the same as my single coils with 2 exceptions.
1: the dual coils dropped the life of my 2400 18640 to less than a day (meaning carying an spare battery)
2: they get CRAZY hot when chainvaping.

I will not be getting any more. I'll stick to my single coils.
